Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies of the hotels are in accordance of GNTO’s laws (Greek National Tourist Organization)

  • In the event that the customer wishes to cancel a booking, and the cancellation is made 21 days prior to the agreed arrival date, the hotelier is obliged to refund the deposit, (any transfer expenses, taxes are paid by the client-visitor).
  • For cancellations made within 21 days, the customer must pay the hotelier the 50% of the total cost of the cancelled booking.
  • The person who made a reservation of rooms for a certain period of time and did not use them either for the whole period or for part of it should pay a compensation to the Hotelier equal to the half of the price he should pay if he used them. If the client however advised the Hotelier about the cancellation 21 days in advance he is exempt from any obligation and if the Hotelier has received any payment must refund it immediately.
  • All cancellations must be made IN WRITING using one of the following methods: Our email address: Our fax number: When you contact us, we require any 2 (TWO) on the following, so that we may efficiently process your request and reply to you:
    • Your Booking Confirmation Number
    • Email Address used in the booking
    • Name and Surname used in the booking

    Article 8 of the Law 1652/30-10-86 (Govern. Gazette F 167 A')
